ABOUT

 

Sam Jaeger is a musician, recording artist, educator and music maker based in Seattle, Washington. A versatile and tasteful guitar player, he has performed as a freelance guitarist and in various projects of his own since 2015. He is also  guitarist and co-composer for Bellingham-based Indie-Funk outfit, Mōtus.

Having graduated in 2015 from Seattle's Cornish College of the Arts, Sam Jaeger earned his BM in Jazz Guitar Performance under bassist Chuck Deardorf and pianist/composer Jovino Santos Neto while simultaneously performing in the house show circuits of Seattle & Bellingham, playing alongside bands such as Kuinka, Snuff Redux, Joji and others.

 A proficient musician in in Jazz, Pop, Rock, and most other areas of modern music, Sam Jaeger specializes in the realms of Fusion, Funk, R&B and improvised music. He has performed with Bobby Medina, Jovino Santos Neto, and under the leadership of Composer Jim Knapp.
